Maxim is located under dynamics on the master fader. This is to be used last and the output(the ceiling) should be at 0.1dB rather than 0dB so that it works on CD Players due to the fact that CD players aren’t all the same.
I used maxim on the guitar and vocal track and I lowered the threshold and by lowering the threshold this meant that it created loudness in the overall mix, it also gave the guitar a slightly warmed tone.
